Kathy McMillan has asked me to do the Religious Ed for Deaf Camp in August. The Live it Up curriculum appears to be focused toward mature Christians. Simplier is better when working with the unchurched or "baby Christians". Is this curriculum manditory? Parables or Hebrew Bible stories that can be presented as skits and more visual messages would work better with Deaf Campers.
What suggestions do you have for gearing our Religious Ed toward the spiritual needs of our Deaf Campers. thanks...Pastor Marian k. Anderson
